What Shoppex costs
Shoppex sells to the same market with a very similar philosophy: you connect your own Stripe, PayPal or wallet, the money goes straight to you, and the platform never holds your funds. Of everything on this list it is the most direct comparison with Komerza, which makes the differences narrow and specific rather than sweeping.
The €20 Growth plan's 0% fee applies up to $5,000 of revenue per month; the €99 Business plan removes that limit.

Shoppex takes
2% per sale on the free plan, 0% on paid plans
Monthly: Free, or €20/mo (Growth), or €99/mo (Business)
Komerza takes
0% on every plan
No payout, dispute, affiliate or fraud-tooling fees on any plan
Built for scale
Built for everyone. Engineered for the top end.
Globally, Komerza sellers do over €2 million a month, and the largest single stores clear over €200,000 a month. There is no product cap, no team cap and no revenue ceiling on any plan, so the store you start with is the store you scale, without a migration in the middle.
Where Shoppex stops
Shoppex is built for the small store, and its pricing says so: the entry plan's 0% rate stops at $5,000 of revenue a month, and growing through that ceiling means changing plan. A platform that prices a limit at $5,000 a month is telling you the size of store it expects. Komerza has no revenue ceiling on any plan, which is why stores clearing over €200,000 a month run on it.
What it costs you
A percentage and a flat monthly fee cross over at some point, and where that point falls depends entirely on your numbers. Put your own in and see what Shoppex and Komerza each cost at that volume.

When Shoppex is the better choice
- You are on the free plan and selling almost nothing. 2% of very little is less than nothing only if you would otherwise pay for a plan, so at the very bottom the two are close enough that it does not matter.
- You have already built your store there and none of the differences below apply to you. Switching platforms has a real cost and parity is not a reason to move.
When to switch to Komerza
- You intend to grow. Shoppex's pricing has a ceiling at $5,000 a month; Komerza's has none, and the largest stores on it clear over €200,000 a month on the same plans anyone can sign up for.
- You want a free plan with no cut at all. Komerza's free plan is 0%; Shoppex's free plan takes 2% of each sale.
- You want abandoned-cart recovery, an AI builder, a built-in blog, reviews, multi-processor failover or a customer portal, which Komerza includes and Shoppex does not list.
- Moving is one click. Komerza imports your Shoppex products, orders and customers directly.

What people ask when they are weighing Shoppex against Komerza, answered with the same figures as the table above.
Shoppex's pricing page lists a free plan at 2% per sale, a Growth plan at €20 a month with 0% fees up to $5,000 of monthly revenue, and a Business plan at €99 a month with 0% fees and no limit. Verified on 7 September 2026 from shoppex.io/pricing.
Who they are built for, mostly. Shoppex's pricing tops out at a $5,000-a-month ceiling on its entry plan; Komerza's has no ceiling anywhere and its largest stores clear over €200,000 a month. Beyond that, three things concretely. Komerza's free plan is 0% where Shoppex's free plan is 2%. No Komerza plan has a revenue cap. And Komerza includes an AI builder, abandoned-cart recovery, a store blog, product reviews and a customer portal that Shoppex does not list. On the fundamentals, self-custody of funds, direct processor connections, code access and email marketing, the two are genuinely similar.
Yes. Both connect to your own payment processors so funds settle directly to you rather than being held by the platform and paid out later. This is the main thing both platforms have in common against the merchant-of-record model used by Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad.
Yes. Komerza's migration tool imports products, orders and customers from Shoppex directly. Delivery files and subscriptions are not carried over and need setting up again. The migration guide covers what to expect.
